Viper Rockets are an ammunition type featured in RAGE. They can only be bought from vendors.
This is the Rocket Launcher's secondary ammo type, which is the guided anti-vehicle rocket. The rockets are only useful against vehicles in open areas of the Wasteland. They kill Buggies with one shot, a Cuprino with two shots, and a Monarch with 2-4 shots based on the Armor upgrades.
Trivia
- The rocket's trajectory is a top-attack profile similar to the real world FGM-148 Javelin, in that it boosts upward before coming down on top of the intended target.
